Attention to all of our Membership:

The following slate of officers has been put forward by the Nominating Committee to stand for election at our next meeting of the Board Of Directors,

State President  Suzanne Coutchie- East Bay
First Vice President Michael Rosenburg- East Bay
Second Vice President  Eun-Mi Cho East Bay
Third Vice President Pam Hamilton- Pomona Valley
State Secretary David Butterfield- Pomona Valley
State Treasurer Louie Fundenberg- Orange County

This slate maintains the current officers presently in service. Of note the reasoning for this course of action was due to the fact many of the officers had yet to fill a complete term of office due to previous officers leaving or in the case of the Treasurer, passed away unexpectedly. The amount of time it takes for a new person to get broken in to their new responsibilities is of no small consideration. So in the interest of service to the organization and the community we seek to serve, the committee unanimously agreed to keep the current officers in place for the next term. Further appointments to committees will be a matter to be taken up at a later date. Of course nominations from the floor will be heard at the meeting on October 2nd. The main goal at this time is to continue progress in development and expansion of membership. Choosing to go this route is seen by the committee as a viable and stabilizing action.

This slate is therefore published and distributed as per the direction of the Nominating Committee.

The City of Rancho Cucamonga awarded Pomona-Inland President Arlene Krieger for 50 Years of Service to the Disabled Community. Here's to the next 50 years, job well done.

She still mans the "Warm Line" to help answer questions or at least point folks in a good direction. 909-621-1494
